Ice maker fault — controller has detected the ice maker is not producing ice.
What CI means.
CI means the controller has detected that the ice maker is not making ice on its expected cycle. This could be because the water valve is not energizing, the mold is not heating to release ice, the optical sensor cannot detect the bin level, or the ice maker module itself has failed. CI is the catch-all "ice maker is sick" code — it does not tell you exactly which part has failed.
