We Fix Fridges is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards across every page, and we treat accessibility as a regular part of how we build and maintain the site — not a one-time project.

Measures We Take

  • Content is structured with semantic HTML so screen readers and keyboard users can navigate it.
  • All informational images carry alternative text describing what they show.
  • Color contrast on body and UI text targets WCAG AA minimums.
  • Phone numbers are tappable on mobile and announced clearly to assistive technology.
  • Form fields have visible labels and accessible error messaging.
  • The booking widget supports keyboard navigation and is wrapped in a labeled form region.

Some content on this site, including older blog images and third-party embeds, may not yet fully match the standards we set for ourselves. We are working through these and welcome reports of anything that gets in your way.

Booking by Phone

If our online booking widget is hard to use for any reason, you can book a same- or next-day refrigerator repair entirely by phone at 949-969-8600. A real human takes calls between 8am and 7pm every day, including weekends.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target. We also follow the relevant requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III as it applies to public-facing service businesses.
