What PC ER (PC CH) means.

PC ER (sometimes shown as PC CH) is the Samsung communication error. The main control board has lost contact with one of its peripheral modules — typically the dispenser board, ice-maker module, or display board. Most often the root cause is a wire harness damaged at a hinge or a loose connector after a recent service. Less common: a board on either end has failed.
