Thermador Refrigerator Error Code E10
Power-module software or firmware failure.
What E10 means.
E10 is a firmware fault on the power control module — the board that runs the compressor, fans, and heaters. The module either crashed during a power event or its EEPROM lost some data. Sometimes a hard reset (full power-down at the breaker for 10 minutes) clears it; sometimes the board has to be reprogrammed or replaced. Until E10 clears, the unit will refuse to cool because the controller does not trust its own configuration.
